The Russians, back in Saab ?
The 23rd of February 2010 was a historic day for Saab Automobile. It was the day that ownership of the company transferred from GM to Spyker Cars. The transaction secures the deal for Saab Automobile and signals the start of a new era.
But a lot of speculations where going on…
General Motors(GM) did not want that the Russian billionaire, Vladimir Antonov would be shareholder in the new Saab Spyker.
And GM and the Swedish government refuse to give answer on the question, if they would have required that Vladimir Antonov, would have to pull back as a shareholder.
Victor Muller informed us, he buys out all the shares of Vladimir’s Antonov. But… as we know, he doesn’t have any money !
It looks like it however, that Antonov remains as an investor in the company.
Muller explains in the Swedish media that he wan
ts to keep his privat-financers unknown.
At the same time at the announcing of the takeover of Saab, Vladimir Antonov tells Reuters, Bloomberg and the Swedish media, that, he is financing €100 million to Tenaci Capital. And yes, we told you before Tenaci Capital is the company of Victor Muller…
So apparently, Antonov is financing Saab, through Victor Muller’s backdoor…
What a surprise !
