Timely boost for Addicks
Charlton's Darren Bent and Luke Young have come through an intensive training session in Spain and are ready to return against West Ham. Charlton are currently training in Marbella and manager Alan Pardew says both Bent and Young came through an intensive session on Monday without experiencing any serious problems. The club are facing a tough relegation battle and Pardew will be overjoyed at the prospect of being able to call on the services of Bent in particular, as he is the side's top scorer. "All the lads have trained really hard and I'm delighted that Darren and Luke have come through a very extensive training session with flying colours," Pardew told the club's website. "The rest of the squad have been put through their paces with high-intensity morning and afternoon sessions and I'm pleased to say that we've sustained no fresh injuries." .
8000 illegal property rentals on the Costa del Sol
The Diario Sur newspaper reports this morning that the new anti-fraud investigations on the Costa del Sol, put into place by the Agencia Tributaria tax authority in 2005, has revealed that there are some 8,000 illegal holiday home rentals in the area. It seems many property owners do not want to declare the income generated from rentals, but now the administration has promised to take each case discovered seriously in what is obviously an extensive black market. More cases are now coming to light because of a change in the IRPF income tax forms which now oblige the owner to give their Catastral reference for their main residential home. © typicallyspanish.com div#usernotes { background-color: transparent; } div#usernotes div.head, div#usernotes div.foot { background-color: transparent; padding: 4px; } div#usernotes div.foot { text-align: right; } div#usernotes div.foot a, div#usernotes div.head a { background-color: transparent; } div#usernotes span.action { float: right; } div#usernotes div.note { margin-left: 2em; margin-right: 2em; border-bottom:1px dashed; padding: 4px; } div#usernotes div.text { padding: 2px; margin-top: 4px; } .
